![]() ![]() TRM has kept up with Max Brenner’s quick paced expansion schedule working on construction documents for the new Boston location while completing construction administration for the Las Vegas project. The project also took place under an accelerated construction schedule to comply with the owner’s opening date. The project provided challenges in working within an existing space, including modifications to the existing structure, and new service stairs, as well as carrying out construction within the continually busy Forum Shops location. TRM provided a code analysis, a complete set of construction documents and fi led for permit all the while working closely with the Clark County building department to ensure timely completion. The project included partial demolition of the existing tenant space and a new interior fit-out. Simulated chocolate piping, sweeping curvy soffits, extensive millwork for the display of chocolates and associated lighting, plus elaborate finishes including tile work and hardwood floors and signage complete the vision of the owner, Max Brenner. The design itself is the embodiment of chocolate which inspires the forms, finishes, textures and colors of Max Brenner Restaurants. The scope of the project includes a one story plus mezzanine level Max Brenner restaurant/cafe with full bar, private rooms for special events, patio dining and retail area. The project takes place in the highly visible Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace resort in Las Vegas, a premier retail, dining and entertainment destination with millions of annual visitors. 200+ seat Max Brenner location is one of the first Max Brenner jobs to be completed by TRM and one of the largest Max Brenner locations to date.
